Using this website

By using Fruitful Village you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as the site grows; the current version always lives at this address.

Intellectual property

The writing, illustration, photography, branding and design on Fruitful Village belong to us unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links and short quotations with attribution. Please don't republish whole articles, resell our downloads, or use our name or artwork to imply we endorse something.

No professional relationship

Reading this site, subscribing to our emails, downloading a resource, or taking part in community discussion does not create a medical, therapeutic, nutritional, legal or financial professional relationship between you and Fruitful Village or any contributor. See the Medical & Wellness Disclaimer.

Content you post

When community features launch, you remain responsible for what you post. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't present yourself as a qualified professional if you aren't one. We may remove content or accounts that breach our Community Guidelines.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content on the site. You keep ownership of what you write.

Reporting content, and copyright complaints

If something posted here shouldn't be, tell us. Write to support@fruitfulvillage.com with a link to the content and what the problem is. You can ask us to keep your name out of it. We review reports ourselves and act on them as quickly as a small family running a site reasonably can.

For copyright specifically, send us: the work you say was copied, where it appears here, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use wasn't authorised and that what you've told us is accurate. We will remove or disable the material while we look into it, and let whoever posted it respond. Repeat infringers lose their account.

You can also ask us to remove your own contributions. We'll take down what we can, though copies other members have already saved or shared elsewhere are beyond our reach.

Third-party links

We link out to retailers, organizations and resources we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy practices. Some outbound links are affiliate links — see our disclosure.

Digital products, payments and refunds

Fruitful Village does not currently sell products. When digital downloads, courses, memberships or events launch, this section will set out licensing, payment terms, delivery and the refund policy before anything is offered for sale.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruitful Village is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. You are responsible for decisions about your own health and your family's, ideally made alongside appropriately qualified professionals.

The content here discusses parenting and children's wellbeing, but the website and its community are intended for adults. See our privacy policy on children's data.
